Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
- Season the Salmon: In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried herbs (if using). Sprinkle this seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon should be opaque and easily flake with a fork when done.
- Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon and serve with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables, salad, or rice.
